Our Story
SA & Consultants: A Story of Passion, Excellence, and Shared Values
SA & Consultants was born from a conviction: that education transforms lives, and deserves to be supported with the same rigor, whether it’s a program, a career, or an institution.
After several years working with businesses on management and marketing challenges, we chose to refocus our expertise on what drives us most: helping institutions teach better and grow, and helping people find their path and succeed. Today, we support universities, business schools, training organizations, and individuals in France and internationally, bringing together the academic, coaching, and business expertise that sets us apart.
Souzan founded SA & Consultants in 2010, after more than 20 years of experience in management, business development, and marketing across international markets. A professor at business schools, she is also a mentor — guiding students in their career paths as well as executives in their strategic decisions — a dual role that directly shapes SA & Consultants’ approach: pairing a deep understanding of academia with proven business expertise, trusted by clients around the world, from the UK to Malaysia, Switzerland to the US.
